Privacy

Endeavor Consulting Group, LLC collects information you give us when you create an account, place an order, request a quote, contact us, or use our products and services. This can include your name, email address, organization, country, order and license details, support correspondence, and information needed to fulfill a transaction. We also receive basic device, browser, IP address, and usage information when you visit the store.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and carts, process payments and orders, deliver licenses or products, answer inquiries, provide support, protect the store, meet legal obligations, and understand how the site is used. Payment card information is handled through our payment provider; the store does not ask you to send card details through its contact form.

Cookies and analytics

The store uses a cookie to remember your List or Grid preference. Account and cart functions use browser storage and related session technology. We use site analytics to measure usage; browser Do Not Track settings are respected by the configured analytics script. You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, though disabling essential storage may prevent account or cart functions from working.

Sharing, location, and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that operate hosting, payments, email, analytics, fulfillment, and support, and when required by law or to protect rights and security. IP-based location may be estimated to support country-aware store behavior using DB-IP data (IP Geolocation by DB-IP); it is an approximation. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, including tax, accounting, security, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of personal information, and to object to certain processing. European Economic Area and UK visitors may have rights under GDPR or related law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may have applicable rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing and certain uses of sensitive information, without discrimination for exercising those rights. Information we receive

We may receive account identifiers, contact and billing details, transaction records, support messages, license activation information, and technical records generated when you use the site. Some information comes from your employer or another person placing an order for you, and some comes from payment, hosting, fraud-prevention, and analytics providers. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, or card numbers through ordinary contact forms.

Purposes and legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we process information to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract, meet tax and other legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests in security, support, fraud prevention, and improving the store. Where required, we seek consent for optional cookies or marketing and permit withdrawal of consent. A withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. We do not use contact-form submissions as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Essential session and cart storage supports checkout and account access; the List or Grid cookie saves only a display preference. Optional analytics may use additional browser signals or storage. Browser controls can remove or block storage, and any consent controls presented by the site should be used for optional technology where required. Blocking essential storage may interrupt checkout. DB-IP geolocation uses an estimated location based on an IP address; it is not precise device location.

Rights and requests

Applicable law may provide rights to access, portability, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, and appeal, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. California residents may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, and sensitive information if those practices and statutory requirements apply; we do not characterize a particular disclosure without examining its legal classification. Residents of Tennessee and other US states may have additional rights where their privacy statutes apply to this business and processing. We will not discriminate for exercising a protected right. Security, retention, and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information involved, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for the period needed for the stated purpose, disputes, accounting, tax, security, and legal obligations, then remove or de-identify it under our retention practices. This business store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through it. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information.

Legal and site use

The store and its text, software, designs, graphics, product information, logos, and trademarks are owned by Endeavor Consulting Group, LLC or their respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Endeavor names and marks may not be used to imply endorsement without written permission. Product licenses govern use of delivered software and documentation; buying a product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or products unlawfully, interfere with the server or other users, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or license controls, introduce malicious code, or copy or scrape store content in a way that violates applicable law or our rights. Product use remains subject to the applicable license, export controls, and any written restrictions.

Information and AI tools

We work to keep descriptions, pricing, availability, and technical information accurate, but posted information can change or contain errors. Confirm critical specifications and suitability before relying on them. If an AI-assisted search or answer tool is offered, its output is informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate; it does not amend a product specification, quote, license, or agreement. Do not submit confidential material to such a tool unless its terms expressly allow it.

Access, geography, and liability

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, faults, or events beyond our control. Products may not be available in every location, and you are responsible for complying with laws where you access or use them. To the extent permitted by law, the site and general information are provided without implied warranties, and Endeavor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Specific product warranties or remedies, if any, are stated in the applicable order or license.

Company identity and intellectual property

Endeavor Consulting Group, LLC operates this store. Copyright in site content, product documentation, software, artwork, and the Endeavor name and logo remains with Endeavor or the identified owner. Third-party marks remain their owners' property. You may view and print reasonable site material for evaluating or using a purchased product, subject to applicable license terms; no other license to our marks, source code, or content is implied.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misrepresent your identity, infringe rights, send unlawful or harmful material, probe or disrupt accounts or infrastructure, harvest other users' data, defeat payment or license controls, reverse engineer where prohibited by an enforceable license, or use automated traffic that materially burdens the service. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate suspected misuse, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.

Technical content and AI-assisted search

Illustrations and application examples are conceptual unless a page expressly identifies verified hardware or a measured result. They are not an engineering certification, safety approval, or promise that a product is suitable for a particular system. Verify specifications, dependencies, licensing, and safety requirements in your own design. If AI-assisted search or summaries are available, their output may be inaccurate or outdated, must be independently checked, and does not form part of an order, warranty, or technical specification. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or another person's confidential information to an AI search field.

Third-party sites and availability

Links to outside sites are provided for convenience; their content and privacy practices are their own. We may update, restrict, or discontinue site features and may limit access from locations where offering a product would be unlawful or impractical. You are responsible for export, sanctions, and local-use compliance relevant to your purchase and deployment.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general site content are provided as available, without warranties of continuous availability, error-free operation, noninfringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product-specific warranties and remedies, if any, are controlled by the applicable written agreement or license. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endeavor is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Any limitation in a product agreement controls that product; nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not permit us to exclude.

General provisions

These site terms are governed by Tennessee law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you reside. A court with jurisdiction may hear disputes unless a signed agreement states another forum. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. You may not use our name or logo in publicity without written consent.

Terms of sale

Product pages identify items available for online purchase, by quote, or by inquiry. A price shown with Add to cart is the listed online price in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A Request a Quote or Contact Us link does not constitute a price or binding offer. We may correct errors, change prospective prices, limit quantities, decline an order, or request additional information before acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it and complete the applicable payment or approval steps.

Taxes, shipping charges for physical products, and any other applicable charges are shown at checkout or in a written quote before purchase. Payment processing is handled by our provider. If a payment fails or is reversed, delivery or access may be delayed or suspended as permitted by the applicable agreement. Quotes may specify their own scope, validity period, payment terms, and delivery terms.

Prohibited uses

Products purchased through the Endeavor Store may not be used for nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons, or military-intelligence activities. By placing an order, you confirm that the products in it are not intended for these uses. We may decline or cancel an order if its intended use would violate these terms or applicable law.

Orders, quotes, and payment

Submitting an order is a request to buy. We may verify eligibility, payment, licensing scope, delivery destination, and compliance requirements before acceptance. We will disclose the payable total, including applicable tax and physical shipping charges, before an online order is submitted or in an accepted written quote. Displayed prices and terms may change for future orders; an accepted order is governed by its confirmed terms. If we reject or cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion.

Product scope and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing products appropriate to your system, supplying accurate order and delivery information, preserving account credentials, and complying with the applicable license. Integration, engineering services, maintenance, upgrades, and support are included only when the product page, accepted quote, or signed agreement says so. Evaluation, trial, and source-access rights may have different limits and expiry terms.

Taxes and commercial purchases

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them or you provide valid exemption documentation. Prices are stated in US dollars unless expressly indicated. For business purchases, procurement terms printed on a purchase order do not replace an accepted quote or signed agreement unless Endeavor expressly accepts them in writing.

Problems with an order

If a product is not delivered, is materially different from its accepted description, or appears defective, contact us promptly so we can investigate and offer the remedy required by the agreement or law. Nothing in these terms limits a nonwaivable statutory remedy. Use the order problem form and include the order reference.

Delivery, shipping, and returns

Digital products and licenses

Most products are digital. After payment and any required approval or license acceptance, we provide access through the customer account, a download, an email, a license key, or another method stated on the product page or order. Some products require preparation or an approved release before a download becomes available; the order or product information will describe that status. Keep your account and contact information current so we can deliver notices and access details.

Because digital products can be accessed or delivered immediately, digital product purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once access, a key, or a download is provided, except where applicable law, a written agreement, or a verified defect requires otherwise. Contact us promptly about a delivery failure or defect so we can investigate and provide an applicable remedy.

Physical products

Some items may require physical shipment. Available shipping methods, costs, destination limits, estimated timing, and any return eligibility will be stated at checkout or in a written quote. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or missing items promptly. Physical returns require prior authorization; eligibility, condition, shipping responsibility, and any restocking charge depend on the product and agreed sale terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.

Physical shipment timing

When we accept an order for a physical product, we will ship within the time stated for that order or, if no time is stated, within the period required by applicable law. If shipment is delayed, we will provide the notice, revised timing, and opportunity to consent to delay or cancel for a prompt refund required by law. Shipping restrictions and carrier options may vary by destination. Risk of loss and title pass as stated in the accepted order and applicable law.

Returns and refunds

For a physical item, contact us for return instructions before sending it back. We will state the eligible return period, condition requirements, and responsibility for return shipping or fees in the product listing, checkout, or written quote. Defective, damaged, misdelivered, or delayed items receive the remedies required by applicable law and agreement. Digital downloads, delivered keys, and activated licenses ordinarily cannot be returned for a change of mind after access is provided; this rule does not limit a remedy required by law or an express written warranty. Approved refunds go to the original payment method when reasonably available.

Licensing

Products on the store may use proprietary commercial, source-access, evaluation, open-source, or third-party licenses. This list is illustrative and may not cover every license or component. The applicable license is identified in product materials, the linked license index, the order, or the delivered package. Open-source and third-party components may carry their own notices and terms. We may update available license forms for future transactions; an existing signed or accepted agreement controls its own scope unless changed by agreement or applicable law.

License scope

Licenses may distinguish evaluation from production, named-user from organization use, binary from source access, and a fixed term from perpetual rights. A license may limit devices, projects, distribution, sublicensing, updates, or derivative works. The applicable text controls; this summary does not grant additional rights. Embedded open-source and third-party components remain subject to their separate terms and notices. We may change the forms offered for future transactions, but do not unilaterally replace an already accepted signed agreement.

Delivery and records

Retain your order confirmation, license text, and any activation credentials. A license key is an access mechanism, not proof that an expanded license was granted. If you need a different use right, transfer, renewal, or replacement key, use the license inquiry form before using the product outside its current scope.

Support and accessibility

Support scope, response commitments, maintenance, and updates depend on the product and any support agreement. General inquiries can be sent through the support form. Please include the product, order reference where available, and a description of the issue; do not include passwords or payment card details.

We aim to make the store usable for all visitors. If a page, document, or checkout step is difficult to use, tell us through the accessibility form and we will work with you on an accessible alternative.

Support boundaries

Unless a product listing or written agreement expressly includes a response time, service level, update entitlement, or engineering service, none is promised by this policy page. We may ask for logs, build information, or a reproducible description to diagnose an issue; remove secrets and third-party personal data before sending them. Safety-critical deployment decisions and validation remain the customer's responsibility under the applicable product terms.
